Christmas Trees ...

2015

On the left is ...

... Our town's tree. Today daughter and her housemates un-netted their tree. Yet to be decorated.

This will be enjoyed by me too; for part of the holidays.

Travelling With Trepidation

23-11-2015

A bustling coach station
With much elation
And trepidation
The start of a journey
For me many storeys
Casting dark shadows
That this follows
More yesterdays than tomorrows

From Time Spent ...

in our park in the Garden of England

Where I spent two Mondays consecutively catching up after missing some time in late September and early October, with unusual physical ill health, that came one after the other relentlessly. Now thankfully getting back on track with my original recovery in getting used to being outside again ...

October 2015
(The dalhias still blooming while the other bedding plants having made way for an array of pansies)

There have been a few changes in the parks here locally and not that many in my old county with the obvious maintenance taken place and changes in safety over the years ...

My town in the county of Kernow where I grew up ... also has a variety of parks and play areas and spaces with lots to explore  ...

Memories of Hubby ...

19...10...2015

My hubby would have enjoyed this photo evoking memories we shared together and now I carry on perhaps numerous years without him ... a very memorable day of all who have gone ... and the cycle of life carries on ... with the many people who used the park where this was taken ... and where we spent our family too  ... of three generations worth ourselves

Finding for now an inner peace
That sometimes eludes me
The life I am expected to keep the pace
That now matters no more you see
Some should note; less speed and more haste
For a life more at ease and such a breeze
Not a lumbering and a stumbling

And let me enjoy the now and my smiles,
In all  those things that was so lost for a while
That look like much anew; in these sad eyes
And enjoy these glories in thy stories
Images words and more
To share, if so wish with others
To learn from this a journey of another

Late Summer Bank Holiday

2015

Late Summer Bank Holiday
Started with the 1812 fireworks display
Followed through the next day
Walking among the debris left
By the Swanley Park lake way
Down pass the avenue of trees
Along a lane or two
Back on the pathways too
Stopping to take photos afew
Stimulating the senses loads
Bestowing words as I strode

Tainted Hedgerows in Kent

... a shame so much goes to waste ...

The beauty of those days in Cornwall harvesting natures bounty away from such pollution and dog walkers

A Walk To A Resting Place ...

Via Swanley Park

Or the byways

The beauty of a walk able to do a circuit walk to villages of such meaning either way from where I currently live or a trip up to the centre of London where once I too lived and worked for a little while ... A taste of all lives living and working on a farm too in Cornwall ... such diversity in experiencing farm life .... country life .... city life and currently urban ... plus more ...

Blackberry Season Upon Us ...

Managed to capture this among the urban part of town today tucked away ... good to see a simple blackberry ... after a busy time this time last year ... and unable to capture the simplicity of nature passing me by

... 2013 was a bit of blur from coping with too many life experiences all at once  ... a lot of rehabilitating from atypical circumstances ... which is another reason for making a journal of these times to look back on and see what is good and achieved in the inspiration of such vivid but at times faded colour that surrounds us ... season to season

I was not up to writing logically for a little while ...

Blooming as the Blooms peak for the season ...

On a special day ... special news of passing three exams learnt in two days in a special experiment which I hope continues for the next year's interested intake of fellow peers ... given more opportunities for those of us who strive to make the best in a difficult time ..

Nature

When at one with nature
I feel without care
As out you venture
Taking in the fresh air
Admiring all around
Soaking it up in the then and there
And capturing the images
In pictures and words
And store in your archives
To pick out what you can share

Introduction ...

2015

In a simple stunning sundown
We take so for granted
Particularly when you feel rundown
Makes you feel more enchanted

Intro

An inspired collection of all things inspired both good and bad in life that surrounds us, in my creative forms of images and words; with a lot of play on words from everyday life. Through all the ups and downs we all face in our unique lives on this planet of ours; as we interweave in and out of those different paths, in our daily tasks in both work and recreation ....
